I’ve been playing around with the fishing hat design for Dynamic Lures. I think we’ve got a solid design we both agree on, just need to figure out a good color combo. Below are a few samples.
Dynamic Lures out of Grand Junction, CO, contacted me to design some new apparel for their fishing lure company. The first design they wanted to tackle (no pun intended), was a new hat design. The owner wanted a patch design on a soft mesh flexfit style hat. Below is the design I came up for the fishing logo along with a mockup.
While designing the poster for the “All Colorado Beer Festival”, they asked me to incorporate their logo into the poster somewhere. My first impression was that their logo was a bit out dated. The layout made it hard to read, plus it just didn’t flow and wasn’t very user friendly if you’re trying to apply it to different applications. So I came up with a simple logo that I feel encompasses all the elements that make up the name for this beer fest, Colorado and beer! Here’s what I put together.
The Colorado Springs “All Colorado Beer Festival” asked me to put together a poster design for 2016. I knew I wanted to design something bold, colorful, and being that we’re here in Colorado, a bit of mountain influence. Here’s what I put together.
Punch Card Research started as a small personal blog out of Michigan. They research the data from both large and small businesses. Their idea is to give readers some detailed insight into which companies are worth investing in and which ones to avoid. The concept behind the name ‘Punch Card Research’ is that if a potential investor only has ‘X’ amount of investments to make over his/her lifetime, they might choose a little more wisely before investing their hard earned money into a potentially hazardous business model.
They’ve asked us to design a website that brings their concept into the 21st Century. This website design is simple and elegant, allowing the user to easily navigate their way around without having to pull their hair out.
The USJDP is working with CCM Hockey for their upcoming youth hockey camp. They asked me to design for the players participating in the CCM Challenge Cup game. Here’s what I came up with.
The U.S. Jr Development Program asked me to put together a logo for their upcoming youth hockey camp in Denver, CO. They wanted to go after a LA Kings type logo design. Here’s the hockey logo I put together for them. This design will be used mainly as a t-shirt for all the players and coaches.
