Just finished working on the first concept for the 2018 Breckenridge Oktoberfest hockey tournament logo. That’s a mouth full. I almost always start with one design concept and present it to the client. As opposed to two or three. That way, even if they hate it, at least we have a frame of reference and some direction to go in. It’s not always necessary to spend an extra hour or ten working on multiple designs. I find that almost all my clients need some sort of starting point before they actually figure out just what they want. However, it’s always nice when they like the first design, definitely makes my job easier.
Just finished working on a hockey logo design for the 2018 Hockey Mountain High tournament in Aspen, CO. We went with a vintage patch style design for this logo. We didn’t want to pound out this design with too much flare. Instead we focused the design around the the big mountain Rockies. Aspens junior hockey program uses a forest green and gold for their team colors so I figure that’s the color palette they’ll go with for this design. Clean and simple tw0-color print. It’s gonna look pretty good on some new tees.
Put together a hockey anchor logo design for Bleed Hockey. This will primarily be used for their social media platforms. Would make for some cool tees in the future though. “It’s a hockey life for me”.
