Here is the latest update on the dent removal logo design for Dent Assassin in Denver, CO. The client wanted to use a raccoon as their companies character. I started with a loose pencil sketch which I later fine tuned in Photoshop, then created a vectored version in Adobe Illustrator using the XP-Pen drawing tablet. The font is custom made, built from scratch. Dig it.
Working on a raccoon cartoon illustration for Denver company, The Dent Assassins. The tools in the raccoon hands are for dent removal. As most of my drawings begin, I start with a rough pencil sketch since it feels more natural to me. Then I bring the drawing into Photoshop for fine tuning, and finish the design in Adobe Illustrator. We’ll be adding a company name to this guy once he’s finalized. I’m digging it so far!
I’ve been working on a moose cartoon style illustration for Denver company, Altitude Premium Ice. The moose cartoon style illustration will be used as the companies mascot and voice. He will be used in all marketing and advertising material. The moose will change poses, outfits, and scenes depending on the application and marketing campaign. This is not finalized but we’re moving closer towards a finished product.
Just finished working on an alligator logo design for roofing company Roof Leak Investigators. When the owner of this small business approached me, he already had a pretty solid concept in mind, and a pretty good one I might add. It’s nice when there’s a clear vision, always makes my job easier. He had the idea of combing gator from investigator, and going after a Sherlock Homes meets Snoopy. Here’s what I came up with.
Just put together a set of four whale logos for British Columbia, yeah the entire province… Actually I had some free time and being that I was recently in BC with my fiance, it seemed like a good idea. Below is an Orca Whale logo, Sei Whale logo, Sperm Whale logo, and a North Pacific Right Whale logo.
My buddy Chad is starting a new hockey team here in Colorado Springs and needed a new jersey design for his team “Nightmare”. I recently purchased an XP-Pen 22E drawing tablet so this pro-bono project seemed like a good way to put it to work. The design is based on some references I found online so I can’t take all the credit. Looks pretty cool though. Dig it!
Here is a revised asphalt logo concept for “Asphalt Advanced Services”. After reviewing our initial design, the client had some new ideas, so we put them to work. The standard color palette for this industry is yellow and black, but we wanted to play around with some other ideas just to see if they would work. Personally I still like the yellow and black or the yellow and navy, it just seems to fit better. Here’s what we came up with.
Here is an asphalt logo and branding design for Colorado Springs company “Asphalt Advanced Services”. I’m pretty sure their original logo was designed on Wix or a similar platform. Long story short, it was due for an upgrade. Here’s what we came up with.
