We just finished up designing a new smoke shop website design for Surreal Smoke out of Tucson, AZ. Once again we didn’t get much input on the direction for this project so we just rolled up our sleeves, put our thinking caps on, and got to work. The overall functionality of the smokers website is pretty simple; it’s informational and no funky widgets or plugins, just some cool design elements with simple & bold information. Being that this is not an e-commerce website, we really just need to create an online presence and make users aware of the smokers loyalty programs.
We’ll utilize the built in blog to help boost the sites SEO so new customers can find Surreal Smoke organically. We’ll also want to get their Google Business listing setup pronto so folks can start finding their business online. Getting customers to leave Google reviews is another excellent way to rank on Google and build social trust.
Here’s the initial design we came up with. We will be adding in some keywords to help the smokers website rank better but we’re off to a good start.
