New to business? Wondering how much it costs to create a professional logo? In short, you can spend as little as $0 on a logo, or $1 million if you’re Pepsi. But let’s assume you’re not a giant corporation. Let’s assume you’re new to business and you’re not quite sure what professional services cost. Whether you’re paying for marketing, a business coach, or professional design services, you always get what you pay for. “GOOD WORK ISN’T CHEAP AND CHEAP WORK ISN’T GOOD”.
So what does that mean exactly?
“Not all designers are created equal”. Example: If you hire an entry level designer, or even purchase an inexpensive pre-made design online, chances are that logo is not only going to hinder your business, it’s image and it’s reputation, but it could potentially cost you thousands of dollars in monthly revenue. Many times what you would have spent if you just would have got it done right the first time.
Do it right the first time.
With any internal project in a company, time is money. Example: If you hire an under qualified designer, there’s a good chance you’re going to pay to rebrand your logo because it poorly represents your business. That means you’re spending more time and more money looking for a new designer. But it’s not just the logo you have to pay for again, it’s everything you put the logo on (business cards, marketing material, website, vehicle wraps, etc.). That can be very costly. So in short, do it right the first time and save yourself both time and money, that way you can focus on growing your business and achieving your goals.
So what should a logo cost?
Ideally, you should be spending between $1000-$2500 on a professional logo. However, the price can vary tremendously, depending upon the experience of the designer(s), the size of their studio (staff), and the quality of the work. And you pay more, you get more. That includes customer service, communication, attention to detail, and let’s not forget, quality work. When you spend good money on a good logo, you expect to be taken care of. And at Hi-five Design, that’s what you get (period).
What can I expect when I hire Hi-five Design?
Integrity is first and foremost. At my core I’m an artist. That’s my passion in life, and that’s what I care about most, outside of my family of course. I thoroughly enjoy what I do, and I think my portfolio demonstrates that. When I create a logo for any client, I imagine that their business is my own. I ask myself a simple question, “what steps do I need to take to get this business off to a good start”? At the end of the day, I care about helping you accomplish your dreams and your goals. I’m also an independent designer. That mean’s you’re dealing directly with me the artist, and I make sure you’re taken care of.
